Student Council

Student Council is a student committee that elected representatives of grades five through eight participate, its sole purpose to implement student service throughout Connecticut. In recent times, the Student Council has created or participated in

• Kids for Kids Day- They collected goods to donate to the children of Saint Raphael's Hospital.
• Honored Veterans-They created a PowerPoint presentation, honoring members of the family who fought in any past wars.
• Tabs Collection-Over the past few years, students have brought tabs from cans in and donated them to the Ronald McDonald House.
• Hats, Mittens,+ Gloves-They collected hats, mittens, and gloves for needy children who deserved supplies for the cold.

Student Council also helps improve Saint Bernadette School's curriculum. The Student Council has

• added a new hot lunch program.
• gotten the school a new juice machine.
• added a new butterfly garden.
• put a new bench in the garden.
• acted as role model's for the rest of the school.
