SBS Grade 4 Artists at the Annual
Knights of Colombus
Christmas Tree Decorating Contest
On Thursday, November 29, 2012 our 4th grade class garnered 3rd place in the Annual Knights of Colombus Christmass Tree Decorating contest. This year's theme was Christmas in Canada and our students, under the direction of art teacher Mary Cantore created an outstanding collection of handmade ornaments. Their Royal Canadian Mounted Police nutcrackers, handpainted glass ornaments, and Canadian flags impressed all who viewed the entries. Please stop in to the K of C Museum during the Christmas season to see our students' work and that of the other entrants. The museum is open daily from 10AM to 5PM and admission is free. A wonderful family activity!
