Eighth grade is a very busy year as the students prepare for high school. Each student has to make an important choice about what’s going to impact their future. The big question they all ask each other is, “What high school do I choose to attend next fall?” They weigh the pros and cons after getting their high school acceptance letters and their decisions are finally made. As the year progresses, more and more important decisions are going to be made. They include where our class trip is going to be (which was recently decided)? Where and when is class night? and the biggest concern for all eighth graders; When is graduation? The eighth grade is heavily involved with extracurricular activities such as girls and boys basketball, cheerleading, Italian Club, Art Club, and Tech-Ed. Soon comes baseball, softball, finals, signing yearbooks, and graduation. We all hope they are successful in all future endeavors.
